Frequently Asked Questions
What are my rights for choosing a collision repair facility?
Many people rely on their insurance companies to help them find a repair shop, but it is important for consumers to know their rights. There is a misconception that you must take your car to a repair shop suggested by your insurance company. While the shops recommended by insurance companies are an option, they are NOT mandatory. Due to "anti-steering" laws, you are able to choose where you want your vehicle repaired.
My car has been in an accident. Is it safe to drive?
Even if your insurance company tells you that it is safe for you to drive your vehicle until repairs have been made, never drive a car that could be unsafe for the road. Drop by and have our experienced tech’s look at your vehicle and determine if it is safe to drive until repairs. If need be, we’re happy to discuss your vehicle with your insurance company and refer you to a local car rental agency for a rental vehicle.
How long will it take to repair my vehicle?
Since every repair is different, there is no standard timeline for collision repairs. When we provide your written estimate after our inspection, we’re happy to provide and estimate on repair time as well.
I have other estimates and they all vary in price. Why is that?
Estimates that vary in cost are very common. Estimates can very due to parts costs, labor costs, etc. If you’d like for us to look over all of your estimates and let you know how they differ, we’re happy to!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and checks.
